506. September 2019 craft activity held at the Senior Center

507. Halloween Celebration at Nursing Home and Twin Oaks

515. Music provided for Nursing Home Holiday Meal celebration

516. Hair cuts and/or hair shampoos and styles provided for 9 nursing home residents prior to Holiday Meal

517. Tickets provided to Sound of Music production by Theatre Downstream for residents of Twin Oaks and Nursing Home

520. November craft activity at Senior Center

521. 94 Gifts of Light bags for residents at Nursing Home and Twin Oaks, and 4 double-sized gift bags to in-home seniors for Christmas

525. Ten wireless tablets provided to Nursing Home for use with music, games, etc. for residents

526. Two life-like baby dolls provided for Nursing Home residents
